Scholarship dinner
Permian Basin Area Foundation plays host to annual banquet

The Permian Basin Area Foundation has scheduled its annual scholarship dinner recognizing 2008-'09 scholarship recipients for tonight at the Commemorative Air Force.
Recipients from throughout the Permian Basin will take part of $196,408 in awards.
The keynote speaker tonight will be Kent Hance, chancellor of Texas Tech University.
