Comments 0 | Recommend 0

Rising with the sun, STOP DWI is offering a salute April 10 in honor of the contributions of former Odessa Police Chief Chris Pipes, Andrews Judge John Pool and Midland Justice of the Peace David Cobos.

STOP DWI is a nonprofit organization "devoted to the eradication of impaired driving and underage drinking."

The nonprofit, in connection with Ector County District Attorney Bobby Bland and Midland County DA Teresa Clingman, has planned a 7 a.m. "sunrise salute" to honor the three men for their efforts in support of STOP DWI's mission.
