    The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

    Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

     

    ASSAULT

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone hit her with an open fist between 2 a.m. and 2:20 a.m. Monday at Taylor Place Apartments, 1322 E. 7th St.

    >> An Odessa man reported a family member assaulted him between 3 a.m. and 3:10 a.m. Thursday at La Casa Bonita, 5025 N. Dixie.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a family member assaulted her at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 5000 block of Hanover.

    Walter Washington, 27, 1101 Fitch, was arrested for the assault.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a family member assaulted her at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday at Carriage House Apartments, 4200 N. Dixie.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person assaulted her at 8 p.m. Oct. 13 in the 800 block of Harless.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a family member assaulted her at 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the 1800 block of W. 25th St.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a family member assaulted her causing pain to her jaw at 10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Doran.

    >> An Odessa woman reported a known person assaulted her at 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Sunset Boulevard.

     

    BURGLARY OF HABITATION

    >> An Odessa woman reported someone gained access to her home through a bedroom window and took prescription Candies glasses frames worth a total of $300 between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of East Everglade.

     

    BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

    >> FESCO, 2600 Einstein Ave., reported someone damaged a door and window to their green 2008 Ford F-150 worth a total of $800 and took a laptop and air card worth a total of $1,500.

     

    FORGERY

    >> An Midland woman reported someone signed and passed her checks at Rosa’s Cafe, 4945 E. 42nd St. on Sept 16.

     

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

    >> Francisco Roriquez, 40, 1120 E. Pecan, was arrested on possession of cocaine charges at 1:20 a.m. Thursday in the 2000 block of East Eighth Street.

    >> Kelly shelton, 18, 3112 N. dixie, was arrested on possession of marijuana charges between 11 a.m. and 11:41 a.m. in the 3100 block of North Dixie.

     

    THEFT

    >> Dollar General, 836 W. Clements, reported someone took $300 in cash between 4:42 p.m. and 4:51 p.m. Sunday.

    >> An Odessa man reported someone took the license plates from his 1994 Buick LeSabre Wednesday in the 1000 block of Zeneta.

    >> Lowe’s Marketplace, 1107 E. 42nd St., reported someone took three bone-in ribeye stakes worth a total of $88.96 between 2 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

    Michael Vanderbilt, 36, 1423 2nd St., was arrested for taking the items.
