The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police. Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his shop and took a table saw, metric saw, skill saw, router and shop vacuum worth a total of $340 between 9 p.m. Thursday and 10:30 a.m. Friday in the 6500 block of Opal Drive.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his shop and took a welder and chain saw worth a total of $720 at 12:01 a.m. Monday in the 1300 block of Castle Road.

 

BURGLARY OF A COIN-OPERATED MACHINE

>> Lowes, 1107 E. 42nd St., reported someone caused $5,000 in damage to two soda machines and tried to remove the money from them at 4:06 a.m. Monday.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her apartment and took $6.70 in cash off of a table between 10:30 p.m. Sunday and 5:57 a.m. Monday in the 4400 block of North Grandview Avenue.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $300 in damage to a door, entered into her home and took a TV worth $600 between 7:50 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Zaneta Avenue.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her apartment and ransacked it, causing an undisclosed amount of monetary damages between 6 p.m. and 6:16 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Fitch Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported someone pried open a glass window causing $100 in damage to it, entered his home and took a video gaming system and three video games worth a total of $650 between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 p.m. Monday in the 2500 block of West Third Street.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

>> An Odessa man reported someone caused a total of $4,700 in damage to a storage building and the rear bumper and fender of his black 2007 Ford F-350 at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday.

 

DEBIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card on Sept. 14 over the Internet from an unknown location.

 

FORGERY

>> Kwik Kash, 1821 E. Eighth St., reported a known person passed stolen checks on Sept. 18 and Sept. 23.

 

IMPROPER PHOTO

>> A Midland woman reported a known person took “mproper photos of her without her permission between 12:30 a.m. Sept. 13 and 10:45 a.m. Monday in the 6500 block of Eastridge Road.

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his black 2005 Ford Mustang worth $15,500 between 6:15 p.m. and 11:09 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of Grant Way.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his dark green 1998 Chevrolet Silverado worth $6,800 between 7 p.m. Saturday and 3 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of South West County Road.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took his burgundy 1998 Harley-Davidson FLH motorcycle worth $11,000 between 7 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday in the 4600 block of Oakwood Drive.
