BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> 7-Eleven, 6001 Eastridge Road, reported the stores was forcibly entered between 1 a.m. and 2:50 a.m. Sunday and cigarettes and beer worth $3,221.92 were taken.

Jim McDonald, 22, remained Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $15,000. McDonald was charged with burglary of a building and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

>> 7-Eleven, 5112 N. Dixie Blvd., reported an undisclosed amount of cash was taken from the store between 9:45 p.m. Sunday and 2:01 a.m. Monday.

>> Permian Glass, 2324 E. Eighth St., reported $1,500 in electronics were taken between 6:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:44 a.m. Monday.

 

BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported $3,225 in damages to his vehicle between 5 p.m. Friday and 10:05 a.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of East Highway 80.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

>> A Gardendale man reported $3,010 in damages to his vehicle between 1 a.m. and 3:50 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Kermit Highway.

>> An Odessa woman reported $1,550 in damages to her vehicle between 3 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of West 10th Street.

 

DELIVERY/POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 42-year-old Odessa man was arrested at 12:50 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East Murphy St. and charged with delivery and possession of a "small amount" of cocaine.

Anthony Bernard Jones Sr., 1317 W. Clements St., remained Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $15,000.

 

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 28-year-old Odessa man was arrested at at 7:01 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of East Highway 80 and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Cornell Cleaver, 510 Wabash Ave., remained Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $26,000.

 

THEFT

>> An Odessa woman reported merchandise worth $2,590 was taken from her between 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of West Loop 338.

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported his vehicle was taken between 9:30 p.m. Thursday and 1:30 a.m. Friday in the 2800 block of East 11th Street.
