Department of Public Safety, emergency medical personnel and firefighters were on the scene at a one-vehicle rollover accident in West Odessa at near the intersection of Third Street and Damascus Avenue along with the Odessa Fire Department. A red passenger vehicle landed on its roof on the north shoulder of west Third Street.
