Arrest warrant issued in Smoker's Outlet robbery (+MUG)

An arrest warrant has been issued by the Odessa Police Department for a 36-year-old Odessa man for robbery.

Alfredo Serrano Franco is accused of robbery in connection with the Monday report from Smoker's Outlet, 5100 N. Dixie Blvd.

According to an OPD news release, police responded to an aggravated robbery call at about 7:28 p.m. Monday at the store. Employees said a Hispanic man took cash and a pack of cigarettes with what appeared to be a gun.

He was wearing a blue hoodie, black gloves, a blue bandana and had sunglasses covering his face, the employees said. He was last seen driving a white 2000 Ford F-150.

Franco is 5 feet, 9 inches and weights about 160 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.
