    Rollover injures two

    Comments 0 | Recommend 0

GARDENDALE Two Odessa juveniles received minor injuries after they were involved in a one-vehicle rollover.

A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were traveling east on Cottonwood Road in Gardendale when their Ford Ranger left the road and rolled approximately two times, Department of Public Safety Trooper Chad Matlock said.

Matlock said speed and road conditions were a factor. The road had recently been seal coated and there was loose gravel.

The Odessa Fire Department responded to the scene but neither boy was transported to the hospital. Matlock said he believed the boys would be taken by their parents to the hospital. Both boys were wearing seatbelts and had seatbelt burns across their abdomens.
