New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson will speak tonight at the Odessa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Installation Banquet.

Richardson, a 59-year-old Democrat, has been governor of New Mexico since 2002.

The Installation Banquet will be at 7:15 p.m. at the MCM Grandé Hotel FunDome. Richardson is slated to speak at 8 p.m.
