AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
- An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with a deadly weapon causing bruising on his face, swelling to the left side of his head and lacerations to his right hand between 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at South Side Community Park at the intersection of Clements Street and Crane Avenue.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
- An Odessa man reported someone he knows entered his building and took three gallons of gas worth $10 at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 800 block of East 25th Street.
DEADLY CONDUCT
- MLG Properties, 4044 Penbrook St., reported someone did $1,500 of damage to a window by shooting it between 10 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.
FELON IN POSSESSION OF A FIREARM
- A 23-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with third-degree felony unlawful possession of a firearm at 7 p.m. Feb. 9 in the 1700 block of FM 1936. Kevin Ross Huffman, 1705 FM 1936, was being held in the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $125,000.
FORGERY
- Long John Silver’s, 1418 West County Road, reported someone passed forged currency at the business at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
- An Odessa woman reported someone used her identifying information between sometime Nov. 15 and sometime Dec. 20 in the unit block of Shiloh Road.
