MIDLAND COUNTY A 19-year-old Midland woman was killed early Sunday when her car rolled over on F.M. 1788, DPS operator S. Pacheco said.

Andrea Noelle Ramsey, who worked with the Transportation Security Administration at the Midland International Airport, was pronounced dead at the scene after the accident was reported at 3:54 a.m.

According to an accident report filed by DPS Trooper Travares Webb, Ramsey was southbound on F.M. 1788 in a 2005 Dodge Neon, south of Spur 191. She veered off the roadway, took faulty evasive actions and her Dodge began to roll over.

The report said Ramsey, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the car in the accident.

Ramsey's body was taken to Sanchez Mortuary in Midland.
