Storm front brings wet weather to the Basin

A motorist drives this morning through a flooded intersection at Muskingum Avenue and 11th Street.
A steady rain brought about 6/10 of an inch of rain since 12:01 a.m., as recorded by the National Weather Service. More rain is in the forecast.
The National Weather Service has also issued a flood advisory for Upton and Crane counties advising that small streams may have the potential to flood.
