Permian High students involved in Basin PBS's Quiz Show will test their Mojo magic Thursday against the Trinity Chargers.

The MegaQuiz Championship begins at 7 p.m. Thursday on Basin PBS Channel 13.

Permian edged out McCamey in the semifinals last week. Trinity beat Midland High in a tie-breaker in the last semi-final game.

The winning team will receive the official Logicoat Quiz Show Cup in a special presentation at school at 9:30 a.m. Friday.

The team will display the cup in its trophy case for one year until it passes to the 2009 Quiz Show winner next year. Members of both MegaQuiz teams receive scholarship awards for college.
