Police looking for man in connection with robbery

Police are searching for man in connection with the Wednesday morning robbery of Midwest Finance and Income Tax Service, 1530 E. Eighth Street.
Employees said a white man who was five feet, nine inches tall, between 25 and 30 and with a large scar on his face went into the business with a handgun and demanded money, an Odessa Police Department news release stated.
The man took an undetermined amount of money and was last seen running east down Eighth Street. He was wearing a brown and yellow jacket with a hood and light blue jeans, the release stated. No injuries were reported, the release stated.
