The University of Texas of the Permian Basin Police Officer Brian Kneisley, second from left, spearheaded efforts to promote traffic safety during past holiday weekends. As a result, the UTPB Police Department received $4,000 from the Texas Department of Transportation to upgrade radar units in two police vehicles.
