    The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

    Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

       AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
       >> An Odessa teen reported
    someone shot him twice in the back at 8:41 p.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of Tanglewood Lane. He was taken to Medical Center Hospital where he was listed in serious condition.
       >> Someone reported a known person “engaged in activity” that placed an Odessa boy in danger, causing a minor laceration between 5:40 p.m. and 6:17 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of Graham Avenue.

       AGGRAVATED ASSAULT / CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
       >> An Odessa man reported
    a family member tried to run him over with a vehicle, then crashed into his silver 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis causing $6,000 in damage to it at 1 p.m. Saturday at Kelly-Moore, 2801 N. Grandview Ave.

       AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
       >> An Odessa man and an Odessa woman reported someone
    entered their home, pointed a weapon at them and took a wallet and purse worth a total of $45 along with $28 in cash at 9:45 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of Emerald Forest Court.

       BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
       >> University Pharmacy, 4850 E. University Blvd., reported
    someone caused $200 in damage to a window, entered the store and took an undisclosed amount and type of property at 3:39 a.m. Sunday.
       >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her storage unit between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of Andrews Highway.
       >> Electronic Center, 2513 N. Dixie Blvd., reported someone caused $460 in damage to a window, entered the store and took a TV worth $400 between 10:30 p.m. Thursday and 9:50 a.m. Friday.
       >> Royalty Tax Service, 1801 Andrews Highway, reported someone caused $400 in damage to a door and took a TV worth $550 between 11:25 p.m. and 11:31 p.m. Friday.
       >> An Odessa man reported someone caused $50 in damage to a window on his storage building, entered it and took a sander, drill, skill saw and chain saw worth a total of $900 between midnight and 11:01 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of East 15th Street.
       >> Water Wizards, 1203 S. Grant Ave., reported someone caused an unknown amount of monetary damage to a door frame and dead bolt, entered the business and took two coin mechanisms worth a total of $500 along with an unknown amount of cash between 9 p.m. Friday and 1:14 p.m. Sunday.

       BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
       >> An Odessa woman reported
    someone entered her home and took a lawn mower and a TV of unknown value between 8:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
       >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took her lawn mower and weed trimmer worth a total of $475 between 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 4900 block of Cordova Street.
       >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of East 50th Street.
       >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took a TV worth $1,476 between 6:30 p.m. and 11:20 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of East 11th Street.
       >> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took a video gaming system, computer and two routers worth a total of $1,530 between 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
       >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a bracelet, three rings and a pendant worth a total of $4,750 between 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 15 in the 500 block of West 16th Street.
       >> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a purse worth $50 along with a $20 bill between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Eastover Drive. The purse was recovered.
       >> A man reported someone entered his hotel room at Motel 1, 2925 E. U.S. Highway 80, and took a ring, tool bag and drill set worth a total of $760 between 6:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Saturday.
       >> A 37-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation after another Odessa man reported he caused $400 in damage to a door and door frame and entered his home at 6:20 a.m. Sunday in the 2500 block of Redbud Avenue.
       Richard Kilgore, 1404 Emerald Ave., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.

       BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE
       >> A Malaga, N.M., man reported
    someone caused $800 in damage to a window on his white 2001 Dodge Intrepid, entered his car and took two purses and checks worth a total of $100, along with $1,100 in cash at 1:48 p.m. Friday at Golden Corral, 4037 E. 42nd St.

       CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
       >> McMinn’s Furniture, 3323 Andrews Highway, reported
    someone caused a total of $1,899 in damage to a window and an entertainment center between 6:15 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. Friday.
       >> An Odessa man reported someone caused a total of $2,500 in damage to the bed and rear passenger door of his 2002 Chevrolet 2500 between midnight and 11:25 a.m. Friday in the 3500 block of Rocky Lane Road.

       DEBIT CARD ABUSE
       >> An Odessa man reported
    someone took his debit card and used it between Thursday and Friday at Lowe’s, 1107 E. 42nd St.

       FUGITIVE FROM JUSITCE
       >> A 33-year-old Odessa woman
    was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a felony warrant from Kansas at 11:55 a.m. Friday at Dollar General, 1355 W. University Blvd.
       Cristina Renteria 1949 S. Shawnee Trail, was being held without bond at the Ector County Detention Center.

       POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
       >> A 54-year-old Odessa man was arrested
    and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 6:58 p.m. Sunday at Wal-Mart, 2450 N. West Loop 338.
       Alan Wayne Smith, 1120 N. Jackson Ave., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $16,000.
       >> A 29-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 2:03 a.m. Sunday at Fast Eddie’s, 4031 E. 42nd St.
       Brian Porras, 17 Chimney Hollow Drive, posted a $7,500 bond Sunday.
       >> The Odessa Police Department reported someone had cocaine at 1 a.m. Aug. 16 in the 1400 block of East Eighth Street. No arrest was reported.

       THEFT
       >> Office Depot, 3915 E. 42nd St., reported
    someone took two laptops and three digital cameras worth a total of $2,235 from the store between 8 a.m. Sept. 11 and 10 p.m. Sept. 14.

       UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE
       >> An Odessa woman reported
    a known person took her white 1999 Chevrolet Suburban worth $5,000, along with a wallet, ID and six Social Security cards worth a total of $25 between 9 a.m. Saturday and 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
