AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

>> An Odessa woman reported someone threw a potted plant at her head between 2:30 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Patton Drive.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> A representative of Nails 2002, 1102 E. 42nd St., reported someone broke into the business causing $500 in damage to a window and took two TVs, a laptop and a bank box worth a total of $2,250 between 11 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home causing $200 in damage to a doorframe and took a TV, laptop, gaming console and 25 pieces of jewelry worth a total of $5,100 between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Coronado Avenue.

 

DEBIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa man reported someone stole and used his debit card between 2:30 a.m. and 5:42 a.m. Tuesday in the 4600 block of Oakwood Drive.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card between 2 p.m. and 7:38 p.m. Sunday in the 5100 block of East University Boulevard.

 

FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his identifying information to obtain bank accounts in mid-April at the Bank of America in Amarillo.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her identifying information May 6.

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his identifying information June 23 in Denton.

 

POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 20-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 5:15 p.m. June 10 in the 2200 block of Rocky Lane Road.

Jacob William Heine, no available address, was released from the Ector County Detention Center June 11 on a $25,000 bond.
