BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> Uncle's, 1515 S. Grandview Ave., reported someone caused $504 in damage to a door to enter the business at 11:23 p.m. Tuesday.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone smashed a back window to her home, causing an unspecified amount of damage, then entered her home and took a video gaming system, eight video games, a tool box, a DVD and clothes worth a total of $840 between 12:30 p.m. and 5:52 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Oleander Lane.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took three rifles, a shotgun and a TV worth a total of $6,125 between 8 a.m. and 5:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Sandalwood Lane.

 

CREDIT CARD ABUSE

>> A Menard woman reported someone used her credit card on June 6 at Bealls, 1623 N. West County Road.

 

DEBIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card on Saturday somewhere in Cincinnati.

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his debit card between June 11 and Monday in New York.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card on Monday at H-E-B, 3801 E. 42nd St.

 

FORGERY

>> An Odessa man reported someone he knew bought a lawn mower for $50 from him using a counterfeit $100 bill, taking the mower and $50 in change at 7:57 p.m. Monday in the 3600 block of Melody Lane.

 

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 37-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance following a search warrant at 4:15 p.m. Friday in the 2300 block of East 46th Street.

Ramon Salazar Jr., 2323 E. 46th St. Apt. 1612, posted a $25,000 bond Saturday.

>> A 32-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 6:10 p.m. June 11 in the 600 block of West 42nd Street.

Santana Urias, 621 Cabrillo Drive, posted a $50,000 bond Friday.

 

THEFT

>> An Odessa man reported someone took a .45-caliber handgun, a .22-caliber handgun, a ring, a necklace and a gun case worth a total of $5,500 from him between 8 a.m. Saturday and 8 p.m. Monday in the unit block of Emerald Forest Drive.

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported someone he knew took his black 2000 Ford F-150 worth $7,000 between 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of East Fourth Street. The pickup was later recovered.
