Want to hunt the area around Lake Ivie?
The O.H. Ivie Reservoir Wildlife Management Area is accepting applications for hunting permits.
There are a limited number of hunting permits. A drawing for those permits will be at 1 p.m. Sept. 12 at the reservoir's field office near the north end of the dam. The drawing is open to all applicants.
Applications will be accepted by mail only until Aug. 15 at CRMWD, P.O. Box 869, Big Spring, TX 79721.
