Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Pilot Club of Odessa will be participating in the City of Odessa Parks and Recreation’s Fall Fest by informing children about the importance of playing safe.
The group will be handing out 200 safety helmets to young children during the festival scheduled for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at McKinney Park.
BrainMinders Buddies — a project for Pilot International focused on traumatic brain injury and brain disorder — will be on hand to educate children about the importance of protecting their brains while playing outside.
