Manhunt in north Odessa

Odessa police Sgt. Jamie Brown said he did not have much information on the man they were looking for as he stationed himself at Lyndale Drive and Dawn Avenue. Officers were seen with their emergency lights on in several spots between Dawn and McKnight avenues along East 42nd Street.
