Hispanic Heritage/ORMC hosts Annual Sweetheart Cultural Event

Hispanic Heritage of Odessa and Odessa Regional Medical Center hosted the Annual Sweetheart Cultural Event, ‘Encuentro de Corazones,’ Tuesday at ORMC. A special recognition was presented to Anabelle Spencer, past LINKS director.
