AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

>> An Odessa man reported two people assaulted him with knives, cutting his face and causing swelling to his forehead between 8:50 p.m. and 8:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Fitch Avenue.

>> A Pecos woman reported someone she knew put a knife to her throat between 8:50 p.m. and 8:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Fitch Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with a bat between 8:50 p.m. and 8:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 1100 block of Fitch Avenue.

 

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home without permission and took a .22 caliber rifle and wallet worth $160, along with $60 in cash, while threatening to injure him between 4 p.m. and 4:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of Snyder Street.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered a storage building and took a TV, an air compressor, a miter saw, a table saw and a bicycle worth $1,250 at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of East Fifth Street.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $240 in damage to a door and a glass panel by forcing the door open, then entered her home and took a laptop computer, a DVD player and 60 DVDs worth $2,230 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Alamosa Street.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $200 in damage to a back door, entered her house and took a laptop computer, a TV, assorted jewelry and an Internet box worth $4,000 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of Santa Monica Avenue.

 

 BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE

>> An Odessa man reported someone took a tool box, several hand tools and electrical components worth $2,250 from the bed of his truck between 12:30 p.m. and 1:24 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of West County Road.

 

DEADLY CONDUCT

>> An Odessa man reported someone fired several gun shots at his vehicle while it was occupied, causing $1,100 in damage to a rear window, its tailgate and its interior fixtures at 2:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of Park Boulevard.

 

POSSESSION OF COCAINE

>> An Odessa police officer reported he entered a house on a "check welfare" call and found cocaine at 7:05 p.m. Monday in the 4600 block of Oakwood Drive. The person at the house fled and was not arrested.

 

TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE

>> A 17-year-old Odessa teen was arrested and charged with tampering with evidence after throwing an unspecified item over the street and rendering it uncollectible at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2400 block of West Ninth Street.

Roy Flores, 1100 Placer Ave., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.

 

THEFT

>> A Fort Worth woman reported someone took a washer, dryer and gas range worth $1,597.50 from a house she owned sometime between April and 10:44 a.m. Tuesday in the 3600 block of Locust Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported someone took four tires and four rims worth $3,200 from a driveway between 12:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 6400 block of Amber Drive.
