The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police.

Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

 AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

>> An Odessa man reported someone tried to assault him at 3:08 a.m. Monday in the 300 block of Ellis.

>> Two Odessa women reported a family member intentionally rammed a vehicle with his vehicle at 1:51 a.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of East Eighth Street. One woman was in the car he was driving, and the other woman was in the car that was rammed.

>> An Odessa man reported someone tried to run him over with his own vehicle between 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Friday in the 2600 block of Beaty Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported someone tried to run him over with a vehicle between 3:50 p.m. and 4 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Tanglewood Lane.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone assaulted her at 10:45 a.m. Sunday in West Odessa.

 

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

>> Two Odessa women and an Odessa man reported someone threatened them with a knife and took an unknown amount of beer between 5 a.m. and 5:10 a.m. Sunday at Town & Country, 3210 W. 16th St.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> Manuel's, 1404 E. Second St., reported someone entered the restaurant and caused $900 in damages to the ceiling and door lock and took a flat screen TV and candy worth a total of $1,540 between 2 p.m. Thursday and 7:30 a.m. Friday.

>> Manuel's, 1404 E. Second St., reported someone entered the restaurant and took a TV and computer worth a total of $1,300 at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

>> Swann Cleaners, 2728 N. Grandview Ave., reported someone broke a door work $800, stole a cash register worth $400 and took an undisclosed amount of cash between 9 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. Saturday.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her garage and took two tool boxes, a set of swivel sockets, set of metric deep sockets, a set of standard deep sockets and 14 screwdrivers worth a total of $1,000 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. March 11 in the unit block of Alcove Court.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a computer, clothing, shoes, jewelry boxes and a porcelain hand worth a total of $3,720 between 2 p.m. March 15 and 7: 30 p.m. Saturday in the 3700 block of North Texas Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took $39 in cash between 6:55 p.m. and 7:42 p.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of North Kelley Avenue.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and assaulted her with a baseball bat at 4:15 p.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of South Texas Avenue. She was taken to Medical Center Hospital and was listed in good condition Monday.

 

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

>> An Odessa woman reported someone struck her vehicle twice and scratched it with keys causing $3,000 in damage between 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of North Hancock.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $5,000 in damage to her vehicle between 12:30 a.m. and 1 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of North Lauderdale Avenue.

 

FORGERY

>> An Odessa woman reported to the Odessa Police Department that someone passed forged checks between Jan. 29 and March 3.

>> Smoker's Outlet, 5100 N. Dixie Blvd., reported someone used fake U.S. currency between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Friday.

 

GRAFFITI ON A PLACE OF WORSHIP

>> Church of Christ, 1201 S. Texas Ave., reported someone spray-painted graffiti on the church between 11 p.m. and 11:10 p.m. Saturday.

 

INJURY TO A CHILD

>> A male Odessa child reported his father threw him to the ground and hit him on the right side of his face at 9:04 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Ranchland Avenue.

 

POSSESSION OF COCAINE

>> A 47-year-old woman was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine between 3:13 a.m. and 3:20 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of North Dixie Boulevard.

Cheryl Renee Bergen, 1301 Harless Ave., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center. No bond has been set.

>> A 32-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 1:55 a.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of East 11th Street.

Hiram Levario Payen, 2003 E. 11th St., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $57,500.

>> A 21-year-old woman was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 8:55 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of Seminole Street.

Unonica Luke, 812 Seminole St., is being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $32,500.

 THEFT

>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $1,500 in damage to the right front and right back quarter panels and stole a set of head lamps worth $2,500 between 6:45 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Friday at the Ector County Coliseum parking lot, 4200 Andrews Highway.

>> Peabody Painting, 8001 Vine Crest Ave., Louisville, Ky., reported someone entered a trailer and took a power washer and a sprayer worth a total of $3,500 between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Friday at Auto Zone, 3101 Andrews Highway.
