ASSAULT

>> An Odessa man reported someone he knew threw a salt shaker at him, cutting his head at 12:16 p.m. Tuesday at Discount Auto Sales, 701 E. Eighth St.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his property and took a base, a TV, a lawn mower, a tool set and a compressor worth a total of $2,475 between 7 p.m. Dec. 23 and 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Autumn Avenue.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone broke the back door to her building to enter it between midnight Dec. 20 and 12:36 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of 10th Street.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home, caused $150 in damage to a back door and took two video game systems, 12 video games, a bottle of cologne and five DVDs worth a total of $1,270 between 9:45 p.m. and 10:31 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Alameda Avenue.

>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $300 in damage to a window to enter his home and take a DVD worth $20 at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of Palomar Lane.

 

DEADLY CONDUCT

>> An Odessa woman reported someone shot at her house, causing a total of $700 in damage to a living room window, blinds and a Christmas tree at 4:16 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of East 44th Street.

 

FORGERY

>> Shamrock Steel, 238 S. West County Road, reported someone paid for merchandise with a stolen check on Dec. 1.

 

FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

>> An Odessa man reported someone used his ID between May 29, 2003, and Oct. 23, 2003, at an unknown location.
