The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police.

Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

>> An Odessa woman reported someone assaulted her by shoving her to the ground multiple times between 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Saturday in the 2100 block of North Tom Green Avenue. She suffered a broken arm.

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with a knife causing two stab wounds to the mouth between 9:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Sunday in the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot, 3811 E. 42nd St.

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with a knife causing one stab wound to the mouth between 9:30 p.m. and 9:45 Sunday in the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot, 3811 E. 42nd St.

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with a knife and he suffered a cut on his left arm between 9 p.m. and 9:49 p.m. Sunday in the Target parking lot, 3909 E. 42nd St.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone displayed a weapon and shot at her at 10:30 a.m. Sunday in the 4300 block of Gage Avenue. She was not injured.

 

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> 7-Eleven, 1523 Harless Ave. reported someone broke in and took six DVDs and eight cartons of cigarettes worth a total of $552.92 and caused $30 in damages to the door between 3 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

>> A Snyder woman reported someone stole tools, metal and winches worth a total of $5,400 from a storage room between midnight Nov. 1 and 12:21 p.m. Saturday from the 2100 block of Beverly Street.

>> 7- Eleven, 801 N. Golder Ave., reported someone entered the building causing $300 in damages and taking eight cartons of cigarettes worth $423 between 8 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on Saturday.

 

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his residence causing $200 in damages and taking a VCR, a DVD player, a color television and a man's ring worth a total of $460 between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of East University Boulevard.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home causing $150 in damages and taking an unknown amount of money between 7 p.m. Thursday and 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the 4800 block of Pepperidge Plaza.

>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took 75 DVDs and 40 VHS movies worth a total of $1,900 between 4 a.m. Monday and 9:30 p.m. Friday in the 1800 block of East Sixth Street.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home causing $150 in damages and taking two TVs, two DVD players and multiple toys worth a total of $2,850 between 10 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Hemphill Avenue.

 

DEADLY CONDUCT

>> An Odessa woman reported someone shot a firearm at her home causing $1,130 in damages between 3:04 a.m. and 3:36 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of West Sixth Street.

 

FORGERY

>> Ruth's Grill, 500 W. Fifth St., reported someone tried to pay with a counterfeit bill between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Thursday.

 

MOTION TO REVOKE PROBATION

>> A 33-year-old Odessa woman was arrested and was being held on a motion to revoke probation at 5:30 p.m. Friday at Days Inn, 3075 E. Highway 80.

Yvonne Subia Jaquez, 901 Jeter St., is being held at the Ector County Detention Center and no bond has been set.

 

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

>> A Gardendale man reported someone took his 2008 dark blue Dodge Ram pickup between 10 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday from a parking lot in the 4200 block of Preston Smith Road.

>> A Gardendale man reported someone took his 1994 black and silver Ford F-150 between 10 p.m. Saturday and noon Sunday from a parking lot in the 3200 block of Kermit Highway.
