AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man said someone threatened bodily injury with a deadly weapon between 12:10 a.m. and 12:40 a.m. Saturday in the 4900 block of Golder Avenue.
>> An Odessa man said someone assaulted him with a deadly weapon between 12:30 a.m. and 12:40 a.m. Saturday in the 4900 block of Golder Avenue.
>> An Odessa man said someone threatened him with a baseball bat between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. and a knife between 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Saturday in the 4300 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> 7-Eleven, 5112 N. Dixie Blvd., reported someone entered the building causing $1,900 in damages and stole cigarettes and beer worth $560 between 2:37 a.m. and 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
>> Playtime Lounge, 3207 Kermit Highway, reported someone stayed hidden in the building until it was closed to the public and then took $5,000 cash and a LED light and LED controller worth $2,000 between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa man said someone entered his home and took a TV and two game consoles worth $2,950 between 9 p.m. Saturday and 1 a.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of E. 42nd St.
>> An Odessa woman said someone entered her home causing $50 in damages and taking a TV and laptop worth $3,000 between 8:20 a.m. and noon on Friday in the 2800 block of Catalina Drive.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> A Monahans woman said someone scratched the paint on her 1999 Infiniti and caused $1,500 in damages between 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Thursday in the 4200 block of JBS Parkway.
FORGERY
>> An Odessa woman said someone made a check out in her name without her consent on Nov. 26 at Kent Kwik, 1001 N. Dixie Blvd.
FRAUD
>> An Odessa man said someone used his identifying information to defraud him in August 2008 in the 1200 block of Harless Avenue.
POSSESSION OF COCAINE
>> A 32-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of North Texas Avenue.
Jose Luis Gabaldon, 1117 Wilson St., bonded out of the Ector County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
>> A 48-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 4:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of Carver Ave.
James Harris, 230 Carver Ave., is being held at the Ector County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 37-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 3:34 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of South Crane Avenue.
Jose Villa, 801 S. Lincoln Ave., is being held at the Ector County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
THEFT
>> An Odessa woman said someone entered her home and took five rings, one necklace and a cordless drill worth $2,800 from her home between Nov. 10 and Nov. 28 in the 3200 block of Eastland Avenue.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her 2008 motorcycle worth $4,500 between 7:30 a.m. Thursday and 6:30 p.m. Friday from the 1100 block of West 33rd Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone stole her 2008 Suzuki Forenza worth $9,000 between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday from the 400 block of Dixie Blvd.
>> An Odessa man said someone took his 2009 Harley Davidson Sportster worth $13,000 between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Saturday from the 2900 block of Pleasant Ave.
>> An Odessa man said someone took his 2004 Mercury Mountaineer worth $13,000 between 7 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. Saturday from the 1700 block of Rosewood Ave.
>> An Odessa man said someone took his 1999 Chevrolet Silverado worth $12,000 between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. Saturday from the 4000 block of East 42nd Street.
