The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police.

Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

 

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEALY WEAPON

>> An Odessa man reported a known person pointed a gun at him and threatened him, placing him in fear of serious bodily injury or death between 4:55 and 5:12 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of North Muskingum Ave.

 

CREDIT CARD ABUSE

>> An Odessa man reported unknown people used his credit card without effective consent between Nov. 10 and Friday in the 500 block of East 8th Street.

 

INTERFERENCE WITH CHILD CUSTODY

>> An Odessa woman reported a known person denied her court ordered visitation of her children between 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Nov. 11 in the 200 block of North Grant Ave.

>> A Midland man reported that a known person denied him court ordered visitation of his son between 12:55 and 1:10 p.m. Saturday in the 2800 block of East University Blvd.

>> An Odessa man reported a known person denied him court ordered visitation of his daughter at 1 p.m. Saturday in the 3600 block of Maple Ave.

 

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>>  A 39-year-old Odessa woman was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 7:59 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of East 12th Street.

Leticia Venegas, 2012 Magill Street, was free after posting bond of $7,500 Saturday.

 

POSSESSION OF COCAINE

>>  Two Odessa men arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine at 7:04 p.m. Nov. 11 in the 900 block of East Monahans Street.

Todrick Simmons, 22, of 923 E. Monahans Street, was free after posting bond of $25,000 Wednesday.

Yonald Jeffrey, 21, of 1607 N. Hancock Ave., was free after posting bond of $15,000 Wednesday.

>>  A 17-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 9:55 p.m. Friday in the 3500 block of West County Road.

Ethan Guerrero, 27, was free after posting bond of $15,000 Saturday.

 

THEFT

>>  Wal-Mart, 2450 Northwest Loop 338, reported $5,000 in stolen merchandise between noon Nov. 4 and noon Friday.
