Kid shoots deer

Matthew Nunez, 11, of Midland shot his first deer, a 9-point mule deer, in Upton County. Matthew is the son of Sammy Nunez of Gardendale and Heather Dungan of Midland and grandson of Julio and Anna Nunez of Gardendale. He attends Bowie Elementary in Midland.
