The following is a list of felony criminal activities reported to the police

Numbered addresses of locations where crimes occur are rounded to the nearest hundred block.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with an undescribed weapon between 5:15 p.m. and 5:20 p.m. Wednesday at Wal-Mart, 4210 N. JBS Parkway. He was taken to Medical Center Hospital.

AGGRAVATED ROBBERY

>> An Odessa man reported someone struck him with a wooden bat and took a billfold worth $20, along with his ID, two debit cards and two credit cards of undetermined value at 4:30 a.m. at 7-Eleven, 2712 E. Eighth St.

ATTEMPTED BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $500 in damage to a window and tried to enter her home between 7:30 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of North Zeneta Avenue.

BURGLARY OF A BUILDING

>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $50 in damage to a door latch, entered her storage shed and took a lawn mower and weed trimmer worth a total of $280 between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 2:20 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of Hemphill Avenue.

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION

>> An incarcerated Odessa woman’s daughter reported someone entered her mother’s home and took a grandfather clock, jewelry box, jewelry and TV worth a total of $5,300, along with 50 DVDs of undetermined value between 6 p.m. Oct. 5 and 7 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of West 11th Street.

CREDIT CARD ABUSE

>> Midland-based Anthony Mechanical Services reported a known person used the company’s credit card to purchase $164.05 in gasoline between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Chevron, 4117 Andrews Highway.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

>> An Odessa woman reported her ex-boyfriend caused a total of $1,750 in damage to the windshield and front driver-side door of her maroon 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of West Eighth Street.

DEBIT CARD ABUSE

>> A Midland woman reported someone used her debit card between Oct. 8 and Oct. 9 at Target, 3909 E. 42nd St.

>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card between 8 a.m. July 18 and 8 a.m. Thursday at Complex Community Federal Credit Union, 4900 E. 52nd St.

EVADING

>> A 17-year-old Temple man was arrested and charged with evading between 10:58 p.m. and 11:09 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Laredo Drive

Venshard Douglas, 1402 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, was being held Friday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $31,000.

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

>> A 28-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance at 9:05 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of East Fourth Street.

Trayvon Lamont Crowder, 1000 E. Monahans St. apt. 70, was being held Friday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.

THEFT

>> 7-Eleven, 5112 N. Dixie Blvd., reported a known person took an undisclosed amount of cash between Oct. 18 and Sunday.
