AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man reported someone he knew entered his apartment, caused $250 in damage to his window and assaulted him with a weapon at 7 a.m. Friday in the 4100 block of Tanglewood Lane.
>> An Odessa woman reported a family member threatened to stab her with a pair of scissors at 10:47 p.m. Friday in the 6100 block of Eastridge Road.
>> A Midland man reported someone he knew pointed a gun at him at 6:42 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Harless Avenue.
AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him and took a wallet with $200 in cash and his ID, worth a total of $220 at 2 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of South Washington Avenue.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> Bealls, 1423 N. West County Road, reported someone caused $400 in damage to a window, entered the store and took an unknown amount of clothing between 3:40 a.m. and 4:09 a.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took two TVs, a DVD/VCR combo, 40 DVDs and a stereo system worth a total of $3,610 between 10:30 a.m. July 18 and noon Sunday in the 1800 block of Adams Avenue.
>> An Odessa person reported someone entered a house and assaulted a Dallas man that was there between 10 p.m. and 10:16 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of East 35th Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $300 in damage to a door frame by kicking it in, entered the home and took a pocket computer, two pendants and jewelry worth a total of $800 between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of West 26th Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a TV and air conditioner worth a total of $825 between 11 p.m. Friday and 4:33 p.m. Saturday in the 4500 block of North Texas Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home and took a 9 mm gun and a handgun worth a total of $1,550 between 8:45 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of Verde Avenue.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone she knew entered her home, caused $20 in damage to a glass and took a video gaming system and 10 video games worth a total of $850 between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 2:15 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of West University Boulevard.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his motel room and took a laptop computer worth $600 between 11 p.m. Saturday and 8:21 a.m. Sunday at Motel 6, 3031 E. U.S. Highway 80.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home, caused $500 in damage to an above-ground swimming pool and took three necklaces, a .22-caliber rifle and a .38-caliber revolver worth a total of $2,600 at 12:42 p.m. Friday in the 5300 block of Marsh.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone she knew entered her home and took a .25-caliber gun, two DVDs and two dachshunds worth a total of $1,950 between 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of Locust Avenue.
>> An Odessa woman reported several men entered her home and picked a fight with her grandson at 1 a.m. Monday in the 4500 block of North Texas Avenue.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her unlocked red 1994 Ford Mustang and took a purse containing $1,500 in cash, her paycheck, a checkbook and three credit cards worth a total of $1,835 between 1 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the 500 block of Macarthur Avenue.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> An Odessa man reported someone he knew caused a total of $1,800 in damage to the back window and top of his black 2008 Ford Mustang at 4:07 a.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of East 52nd Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone removed two headlamps and scratched the body of his dark green 2001 Ford F-150, causing $1,500 in damage to it between 11:30 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of West 10th Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone scratched profanities over several parts of the body of her 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan, causing $3,500 in damage between midnight and 9:30 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of East 14th Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone she knew caused $1,500 in damage to the hood of her 2001 Ford Escape at 9 p.m. Friday in the 3200 block of Noble Avenue.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY
>> The police reported someone failed to update his sexual offender registration by May 14.
FORGERY
>> A Big Lake woman reported someone she knew signed her name on a contract on July 12 at Lithia Toyota, 5050 N. JBS Parkway.
MANUFACTURE/DELIVERY OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 19-year-old Odessa man and a 20-year-old Odessa man were charged with manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance following a narcotics investigation at 3 p.m. Thursday in the 5100 block of East 42nd Street.
Taylor Scott, 3324 Lancewood Lane, posted a $25,000 bond Friday.
Matthew Webb, 1420 Westbrook Ave., was being held Monday in the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his gray 1989 Oldsmobile of undetermined value between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday at Music City Mall, 4101 E. 42nd St.
