AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man reported someone shot him in the leg at 2:12 a.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of East Monahans Street. He was taken by private vehicle to Medical Center Hospital and is listed in stable condition.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> 7-Eleven, 651 W. 42nd St., reported someone entered the store by throwing a brick through the glass and taking two 20-packs of beer, two 30-packs of beer and one carton of cigarettes worth a total of $115 between 3:23 a.m. and 3:27 a.m. Saturday.
>> Alpha and Omega Church, 611 S. Sam Houston Ave., reported someone entered the church and took a keyboard, bass guitar and five microphones worth a total of $1,850 between 6 p.m. Thursday and 8 a.m. Friday.
>> Mi Milo's, 2001 W. Second St., reported someone entered the business causing $1,500 in damage and taking a TV and beer worth a total of $1,652 between 11:30 p.m. Friday and 8:10 a.m. Saturday.
>> Aaron's, 1210 N. West County Road, reported someone entered the business causing $529.99 in damage to a window and a vase and taking a TV worth $1,649 at 6:18 a.m. Saturday.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his home causing $700 in damage to two doors and taking a check made out for $4,500 and $3,000 in cash between 10:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of North Belmont Avenue.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her apartment causing $200 in damage to a door frame and taking a cell phone worth $200 between 2:30 a.m. and 2:35 a.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of East Eighth Street.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home causing $100 in damage to a window and taking a TV, seven art pictures and 20 pairs of women's shoes worth a total of $1,700 between 8 a.m. Thursday and 11:40 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Crescent Drive.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home and took a pair of shoes, crock pot and a pair of jeans worth a total of $310 between 6 a.m. Wednesday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the 3000 block of East Highway 80.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home taking a gaming console, a lap top, lap top charger, game and game controllers worth a total of $2,389 between 2:30 p.m. and 7:38 p.m. Saturday in the 4100 block Tanglewood Lane.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her home at 6:03 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Lasseter Avenue.
EVADING ARREST WITH A MOTOR VEHICLE
>> A 27-year-old man was arrested and charged with evading arrest with a motor vehicle at 1:49 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of East 42nd St.
Rowland Ramirez Jr, 4209 Fernwood St., was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $17,325.
FORGERY
>> Dottie's Bar and Lounge, 318 N. Hancock Ave., reported someone tried to pay using money that was counterfeit between 9 p.m. and 9:43 p.m. Saturday.
POSSESSION OF COCAINE
>> A 29-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 10:50 p.m. Sunday in the 800 block of South Dixie Boulevard.
Breslum Leon Medlock was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $8,500.
>> A 26-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 2:57 p.m. Sunday in the 500 block of West Mable Street.
Ruben Ramirez Jr, 11070 W. 42nd St. was being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
