AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man reported two men, one using a metal pipe, struck him and busted his lip between 6 p.m. and 6:07 p.m. Monday in the 4100 block of Tanglewood Lane.
>> A 41-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after a family member reported that he assaulted her and threatened her with a knife at 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Nabors Lane.
Jeff Fitzgerald Quinn, 1304 Nabors Lane, was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $63,500.
>> A 32-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault after a man reported he struck him in the head with a ceramic candle holder between 5:30 p.m. and 6:02 p.m. Tuesday in the 3800 block of Penbrook Street.
Lee David Peters, 3843 Penbrook St., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> Mr. Menudo, 300 W. Clements St., reported someone entered the restaurant, caused a total of $400 in damage to a door and two gumball machines and then took a TV worth $120 between 9 p.m. Monday and 12:50 a.m. Tuesday.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her apartment and took two video gaming systems, two video game controllers and five video games worth a total of $880 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday in the 3800 block of Penbrook Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone he knew entered his home and assaulted him between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of East 50th Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his house, caused a total of $320 in damage to his front door, bedroom carpet, bedding and wall, then took clothing worth a total of $1,500 at 11 p.m. Monday in the 1400 block of South Crane Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his house, caused $125 in damage to a window and screen door, and took a TV, DVD-VHS player and a cable box worth a total of $529.99 between noon Sunday and 8 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of North Lincoln Avenue.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE
>> An Odessa man reported someone caused $500 in damage to a door to his tan 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, entered the SUV and took a camera worth $1,000 between 8 p.m. Sunday and 8:52 a.m. Monday in the 3600 block of Bonham Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered the bed of his white 2006 Ford F-350 and took a generator worth $2,000 between 6 p.m. Monday and 6:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Bernice Avenue.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE
>> The Chavez Law Firm, 121 E. Fourth St., reported someone the firm knew took a client's wallet and used it between 8 a.m. March 15 and 5 p.m. Monday.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> An Odessa man reported someone keyed his red 2003 Chevrolet 1500, slashed a bucket seat, slashed a headliner and destroyed a stereo, causing a total of $5,800 in damage to it between midnight and 7:30 a.m. Monday in the 2100 block of West Fifth Street.
>> A Midland woman reported a male suspect rode a skateboard over her gold 2002 Buick, causing $1,500 in damage to its hood between 4:45 p.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of North Grandview Avenue. No arrests were made.
DEBIT CARD ABUSE
>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her debit card between 2:57 a.m. and 3 a.m. Sunday at 7-Eleven, 1523 Harless Ave.
DELIVERY OF COCAINE / POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 23-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with delivery of cocaine and three counts of possession of a controlled substance following a narcotics investigation at 2:35 p.m. April 30 at the westside Wal-Mart, 2450 N.W. Loop 338.
Burl Lee Bonner III, 1400 Harless Ave., was being held Wednesday at the Ector County Detention Center on bonds totaling $120,000.
EVADING DETENTION WITH A VEHICLE
>> Police reported someone fled from them using a vehicle between 6:40 p.m. and 6:50 p.m. Monday at Music City Mall, 4101 E. 42nd St.
FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
>> An Odessa man reported someone used his ID between December 2007 and April 2009 from an unknown location.
ROBBERY
>> A clerk at Smoker's Outlet, 2604 N. Grandview Ave., reported someone robbed her of an undisclosed amount of cash at 9:50 p.m. Sunday.
THEFT
>> An Odessa man reported someone took a maroon 2005 Big Tex trailer worth $1,500 between 1 a.m. April 30 and 2 a.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Glendale Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his 2008 Polaris Outlaw ATV worth $7,099 at 2 p.m. April 20 in the 800 block of Avenue H. The ATV was later recovered.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his red 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer worth $20,000 between 12:15 p.m. Sunday and 2 a.m. Monday in the 400 block of Ann Street. The car was later found wrecked at Neal Pool Reckers, 1117 S. Grant Ave.
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his blue 2007 Ford F-150 worth $17,000 between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. Sunday at La Playa, 2101 E. Eighth St.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone took her black and brown 1997 Chevrolet pickup worth $3,500 between 1 p.m. and 10:26 p.m. Friday in the 1400 block of Milburn Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his blue 1997 Jeep Wrangler of undetermined value at 4:24 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Westbrook Avenue.
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his 2002 Jeep Cherokee worth $6,000 between 11 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of Clifford Street.
>> A Crane man reported someone he knew took his green 1996 Chevrolet pickup worth $1,500 between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. April 25 in the 1000 block of Moody Avenue.
