AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
>> An Odessa man reported someone shot at him at 2:20 a.m. Sunday in the 700 block of Honeysuckle Avenue.
>> An Ojinaga, Mexico, man reported someone assaulted him at 2:25 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of West Clements Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone assaulted him with a weapon between 10 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of East 36th Street.
>> An Odessa man reported someone tried to stab him with a knife at 2:35 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
>> An Odessa man reported someone committed a theft while displaying a weapon between 9 p.m. and 9:06 p.m. Friday in the 1100 block of East 42nd Street.
BURGLARY OF A BUILDING
>> State Cleaners, 1715 E. Eighth St., reported someone entered the business causing $300 in damages to a doorframe and taking $25 in cash between 1 a.m. and 1:15 a.m.
>> Pizza Hut, 2131 E. Eighth St., reported someone entered the building by force causing a total of $3,390 in damage to a window, counter and register, taking a safe worth $5,000 and an unknown amount of cash between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Sunday.
>> 7-Eleven, 4601 Oakwood Drive, reported someone entered the store causing $4,000 in damage to the door and taking beer and cigarettes worth an estimated total between $68 and $88. Estimated because they weren't exactly sure how many cases of cigarettes were taken.
>> Pizza Hut, 3824 E. 42nd St., reported someone entered the building causing $850 to a window, counter and a computer monitor between 2 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Sunday.
>> An Odessa man reported someone took a welding machine, band saw, 200-foot welding lead, torch with gauges and a lawnmower worth a total of $2,000 between 11 p.m. Thursday and 5 a.m. Sunday in the 2100 block of Beverly Street.
BURGLARY OF A HABITATION
>> An Odessa man reported someone entered his residence causing $50 in damages and taking a plasma TV worth $900 between 10 a.m. April 27 and 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of Andrews Highway.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her residence and took a laptop, an MP3 player and two rings worth a total of $1,340 on Saturday in the 4500 block of North Texas.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone entered her residence by smashing a window causing $200 in damage, taking a ring worth $2,000 and a key to her vehicle which the woman said the person used to open her vehicle and take a ring and a necklace worth a total of $900 between 7 p.m. Friday and 2:30 a.m. Monday in the 3100 block of North Adams Avenue.
>> A Midland woman reported someone entered her vehicle and took her purse, driver's license, checks and jewelry worth a total of $3,170 and $500 in cash between 9:41 p.m. Friday and 11:41 p.m. Saturday at the Ector County Coliseum, 4301 Andrews Highway.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF
>> An Odessa woman reported someone caused $1,500 in damage to the paint on her black 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche at 5:30 a.m. in the 3900 block of Penbrook Street.
DEBIT CARD ABUSE
>> An Odessa woman in the 1300 block of North Hancock Avenue reported someone used her debit card and spent $16.02 between 12:01 a.m. April 27 and midnight Thursday.
>> A Pecos woman reported someone entered her vehicle and took one debit card and four credit cards at 8 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of North Texas Avenue.
FORGERY
>> An Odessa man reported someone took his checks and wrote checks without his permission between April 20 and Thursday to Nails 2007, 1522 E. Eighth St.
FRAUDULENT USE OF IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
>> An Odessa man reported someone used his information to divert his checks from his account to a different account between April 2007 and April 2009.
>> An Odessa woman reported someone used her identifying information at 11:23 a.m. on Aug. 9, 2008 at the Carriage House Apartments, 4306 N. Dixie Blvd.
FUGUTIVE FROM JUSTICE
>> Police reported a 34-year-old man was found to have a felony warrant out of Colorado and was arrested and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice between 6 p.m. and 6:03 p.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of East University.
Robert Lee Clay Jr, 2901 E. University Blvd., is being held with no bond Monday at the Ector County Detention Center.
POSSESSION OF COCAINE
>>A 28-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine at 1:08 a.m. Saturday in the 3900 block of Dumont.
Shannon Sotelo, 921 W. 30th St., was released Saturday from the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
>> A 34-year-old Odessa man was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance at 11:50 p.m. Friday in the 2700 block of North Dixie Boulevard.
Eliseo Caballero Rojos, 414 E. 48th St., is being held Monday at the Ector County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond.
ROBBERY
>> An Odessa man reported someone was injured during a theft at 4 a.m. Saturday in the 2700 block of East Eighth Street.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
>> An Odessa man reported someone used his blue 1998 Ford Taurus worth $10,000 between 4:50 a.m. and 5:07 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Castle Road.
UNLAWFUL RESTRAINT
>> A Las Cruces, N.M., woman reported someone used force to prevent her from leaving and assaulted her for three hours between 9 a.m. and noon Sunday in the 500 block of East Monahans Street.
