Authorities seek missing girl

Midland authorities are looking for a 17-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a week. Silvia Cardenas was last seen Dec. 7 when her parents dropped her off at a school bus stop.
The Midland County Sheriff’s Office said she could be with Hector Anaya-Pedroza, 38, in a blue 1997 Ford Falcon with tinted windows and Texas plate PLM-334. Cardenas is a Hispanic girl who was last seen wearing a pink long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans and pink shoes.
