Fatal rollover
Comments 0 | Recommend 0MIDLAND COUNTY A 60-year-old Midland man who died in a Monday night rollover in Midland County was identified Tuesday as Jerry Lee Wells.
According to a Texas Department of Public Safety report, Wells was traveling east on Business 20, about 4/10 of a mile west of Midland, when he crossed the west lane of traffic and rolled his 2008 Honda Civic several times before being ejected from his vehicle.
Wells was pronounced dead at the scene. The report said Wells wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
The 9 p.m. accident happened in front of Big Sky Drive-in.
