Shooting victim arrested

MIDLAND A man who was shot Oct. 21 at his own car detail shop in Midland has been arrested by Drug Enforcement Agency officials on a federal drug charge.
Records at the U.S. district clerk’s office state Robert Yorkman will have a detention hearing Tuesday. He was arrested Wednesday. Officials accused him of conspiring to deliver more than five kilograms of cocaine.
Yorkman survived an Oct. 21 shooting by a man who reportedly walked into his car detail shop at 3400 W. Illinois Ave. and attacked him.
