OC board meeting postponed

Any business needing to go before the Odessa College board of trustees will have to wait a week.
Board members were supposed to meet Tuesday but rescheduled for Jan. 31 due to a prior engagement made by the college’s leader.
On Wednesday, Greg Williams, Odessa College president, is scheduled to make a presentation in Miami during the American Association of Community College’s 19th annual Workforce Development Institute Future Leaders Seminar.
Williams’ travel to the presentation conflicted with the meeting. College officials said since there were no time sensitive matters the board needed to address, the meeting was delayed one week by campus administrators.
