Bishop Michael Pfeifer of the San Angelo Catholic Diocese plans to say a Mass for the unborn Friday at the Prayer Garden, across the street from Planned Parenthood in Midland, at the intersection of Fort Worth and Texas avenues.

A rosary will start at 9 a.m. and Mass begins at 9:30 a.m. 

Several churches are participating in the 40 Days for Life pro-life campaign from Sept. 24 through Nov. 2, which involves prayer, fasting and peaceful vigils outside of abortion clinics prior to the general election.
