Two teenagers involved in a rollover Saturday on Highway 385 were in stable condition Sunday night at Medical Center Hospital, according to a Midland Department of Public Safety official.

“They were listed in critical but stable condition,” Trooper James Lujan said.

The DPS official said George Lewis Lujan, the 19-year-old driver, was thrown from his 2003 Dodge Ram pickup after it blew a tire.

Lujan said the driver was not wearing a seat belt.

Lujan said the 14-year-old passenger’s name would not be released.
