WHEELER COUNTY A 19-year-old Midland man remained Monday in a Wheeler County detention center without bond in connection with a fatality in Odessa.

An arrest warrant for Lopez was issued after Melissa Gonzales Bustamante, 39, was backed over by a vehicle at 5:39 a.m. May 3 in the 1800 block Sunset Boulevard.
