Burger King robbery

HOBBS, N.M. Police have charged a second Hobbs man in connection with an armed robbery over the weekend. Kyle Vaughn, 18, faces charges of robbery, conspiracy and resisting an officer.

On Monday, police said they charged 19-year-old Joel Fluellen in connection with the Saturday morning robbery of a Burger King in the 2300 block of North Grimes Street.

Fluellen was being held Tuesday in the Hobbs city jail on $70,000 bond.

Vaughn was being held Tuesday in the Hobbs city jail on a $71,000 bond.
