SONORA "Some kind of liquid" spilled across U.S. Highway 277, 10 miles south of Sonora early Wednesday after a truck rolled over, closing the highway for most of the day, Department of Public Safety communications operator Kim Gillit said.
Little information was available Wednesday evening as DPS workers continued to work on the accident late Wednesday evening.
Gillit said she was not sure what the liquid was that spilled on the highway, though there was at least one minor injury reported in the 8 a.m. accident.
The truck belonged to El Paso-based Texas International Gas and Oil.
