West Texas Opportunities has Community Service Block Grant emergency funds available for space heaters. The heaters are for anybody in Ector or Midland County that does not have a source of heat in their home during the cold days and nights.

Funds are available to the elderly, disabled, single parent households or anyone with a financial difficulty. Requirements based on income determine eligibility.
