Grand Master David Counts Jr. of Knox City presented Gene Schneider, right, of Odessa with the Grand Masters Masonic Achievement Award during the Grand Masters Conference April 11 in Lubbock. Schneider was recognized for his many years in masonry and his outstanding service to the craft and to the many offices that he has held in all the appendant bodies. Schneider is a past master of Odessa Lodge No. 955 and has had many other offices in the Scottish Rite and York Rite Bodies.
