Iraan 2-year-old hospitalized

The Pecos County Sheriff's office was notified of a 2-year-old girl who received multiple injuries according to Pecos County Sheriff Cliff Harris.
The girl's uncle, 37-year-old James Rodriguez, has been arrested and charged with injury to a child. The girl's mother, 24-year-old Marisol Dominguez has also been arrested and charged with injury to a child by omission Harris said.
Harris said Child Protective Services is in the process of getting the child taken away from her mother. The girl is still in the hospital in San Angelo and Harris said the girl suffered multiple injuries all over her body. Harris declined to comment on how the girl may have received the injuries.
Rodriguez is being held at the Pecos County Jail Monday on a $50,000 bond. Dominguez is also being held at the Pecos County Jail on a $35,000 bond.
