OC board to vote on directors for OC Foundation
The Odessa College Board of Trustees will vote on the appointment of new directors for the Odessa College Foundation at its regular meeting Thursday evening.
The board will also vote on the renewal of terms of director of the Odessa College Foundation.
The Odessa College Foundation began in 1996 and is a nonprofit organization aimed at raising scholarship funds, university funds and promoting philanthropy for the college.
Currently, Kobi Nix serves as the executive director of institutional advancement and the OC Foundation and Christine Matta serves as the assistant director of institutional advancement and the OC Foundation.
The board will also consider the following:
- Approval of minutes of regular meeting of Oct. 25 and special meetings of Nov. 15.
- Approval of construction delivery and procurement methods.
- Policy review and revision from the personnel/property committee.
- Monthly financial statements and budget amendments.
- Education report: service learning project.
- Institutional effectiveness report: retention data.
- President’s report by Dr. Gregory Williams.
