WARD COUNTY A man had to be flown to Medical Center Hospital in Odessa after a crash on Business Interstate 20 near the long bridge between Barstow and Pecos, Department of Public Safety communications operator Patricia Deishler said.

Deishler said the crash was reported at 11:28 a.m. Wednesday and involved only one vehicle and the man that was flown from the accident. She had little other information on it. A dispatcher at the Ward County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday evening that none of the officers on duty would be able to comment on it.
