This is it: are you ready to Rock the Desert?
From a Christian illusionist to BMX bikers and loads of Christ-honoring tunes, the annual two-day Christian rock music festival hits the sands in about two hours near the Midland International Airport.
This is the last profile on who's playing at this year's festival.
SWITCHFOOT
>> Alternative rockers Switchfoot from San Diego, are known for their energetic shows and mainstream recognition.
The group was founded in 1996 as the band Chin Up.
Switchfoot is well decorated with awards and record sales for its densely-layered sound and heartfelt honesty in getting their music out to everybody.
The band includes Jon Foreman on vocals, songwriter and guitar; Tim Foreman on bass, back-up vocals; Jerome Fontamillas on guitar, keys and back-up vocals; Drew Shirley on guitar and Chad Butler on drums.
