Comments 0 | Recommend 0Maybe you've got your own fireworks since the ban's been lifted, but if you want to see the really big booms, you'll have to check out Main Street Odessa's Firecracker Fandango today.
Come out for family fun and fireworks at the annual Firecracker Fandango Fourth of July Festival.
The event is scheduled from 6 p.m. to midnight today in downtown Odessa on West Fourth Street from Grant to Washington avenues.
Entertainment, food and, of course, fireworks will be on display. Bands include Los Jinetes, Ruben Ramos and the Texas Revolution, Maren Morris, CPR Band and the Marine Color Guard.
Tickets are $7 per person; children 7 or younger get in free. Discounted tickets are available at Odessa Blockbuster Video stores for $5. Call 335-4682.
